SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
A. Domestic Shipment
Within India, we ship from our Mumbai office via B4 Express Service. Shipping is currently free for all orders originating and for shipping within India. Orders will be processed and dispatched post receiving credit of sale proceeds into our Bank Account.
B. International Shipment
For International Shipments, we have partnered with AJWW to provide you a reliable service, and to secure the best possible international shipping rates.
International Orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and customer is liable to pay any customs fees depending on the country.
For International Shipments, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties as applicable in your country. As a buyer, you are solely liable and responsible for all duties, customs and local taxes levied by/in your country / the destination country of import where products are to be shipped.
We will not be responsible for delays due to customs clearance or other formalities or delays on account of incomplete payment transaction or any other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, beyond our control, etc.
As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of shipment for your chosen items.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT TRACKING
Order processing is subject to stock availability and take around 15 working days to process. . After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information from you.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order.
MxS orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm, excluding any bank and/or local holidays, or as may be applicable.

MULTIPLE ORDERS
In the event you place multiple orders with different dispatch dates, all the products will be shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at customercare@mxs.co.in with your order number, we shall endeavour to assist you as best as possible.
4. DELAY IN SHIPMENT
We will strive our best to dispatch the product and endeavour to deliver the product to you within the estimated delivery time. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please feel free to email us at customercare@mxs.co.in and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

An order can be cancelled up to 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of placing the order by writing to us at customercare@mxs.co.in
